Several years back I had a favorite white bread recipe. I used bread flour for it and it was so very good. I had tried several wheat bread recipes and I always ended up with bricks, even when the recipe professed to be different. Then a friend told me about your site. It was the older site, before you separated and created Simply Living Smart. I started using your recipes then. AMAZING! Is he only way I know how to describe them. Suddenly, I had a wheat bread that was easy and simple to do, that turns or every time and, incredibly, everyone in my home will eat. My husband asked me to make "good old white bread" a few weeks ago. I thought "oh no, I finally have our kids loving wheat bread and now us wants to remind them about white bread.". I made it for him. Everyone had a slice. My kids all asked me why he bread tasted so funny. And couldn't I have made "real" bread. Thank you!
